"The Breton flag in the style of the California flag. I've replaced the star with the ermine spot that is on the Gwenn-ha-du (the flag of Brittany), and in the same way the bear with Brittany's national animal, the stoat (more exactly, it is an "ermine passant" sourced from the coat of arms of the Breton city of Vannes, CC-BY-SA Mathieu CHAINE, which makes this flag CC-BY-SA too.)
The red of the Californian flag has been replaced by the black of the Gwenn-ha-du."
